On August 9, 2019 Indigenous organizations in the Netherlands were protesting in front of the Brazilian embassy in The Hague, to draw attention to the killing of the Indigenous peoples in Brazil under the leadership of President Bolsonaro. The Kaikoesie Foundation, scv Wajonong, Free West Papua Campaign, Mapuche Foundation Folil, Pak Moluccan human rights organization, have offered a petition to the ambassador of Brazil.
